I have been keeping myself fit through Functional Fitness for over 10 years, being a full time Business Manager, wife and mother, I often found my health and fitness regime took a back seat....I understand most would think this was ‘normal’ however being healthy and having an hour to work on myself every other day was essential to my mental health and well being.
Self Care is so important to being the best version of yourself, never feel that spending time on you is selfish, because if it makes you a better, happier, more confident, stronger you then this will make you a better, stronger, more confident and happier partner, mother, worker and friend. As the great saying says....you cannot drink from an empty cup....make sure you refill....
