A dynamic summer youth theatre in Exmouth

Leaders Kate and Claire each bring over twenty years of drama teaching experience to what will be an exciting and rewarding new group.

PoleSand Youth Theatre’s aim is to give young people an opportunity to participate in high quality, engaging and meaningful theatre experiences. 

We believe theatre has the power to inform, challenge, influence and promote change. It is a universal form of expression, and can be critical in helping young people build confidence, relationships and a voice in our world. 

We provide a safe space for young people in Exmouth to become artists in their own right and explore a range of issues in a creative and dynamic way. 

Focusing on collaborative and devising theatre techniques, PoleSand Youth Theatre is about working together to craft expressive and creative ensemble performances, making the process as important as the final result. 

We give young people an opportunity to  have fun, learn more about themselves, celebrate diversity,  explore a range of cultures, theatre genres and approaches, and build relationships with each other whilst developing high quality acting and stagecraft techniques.
